Magic Switch is a free chorus plugin inspired by the classic Juno “one-button” chorus effects of the 1980s. It is not a direct emulation of the Juno-chorus, however, but rather our own idea of a perfect one-button chorus in the DAW-era, where clean sounds are easy but authentic color is hard.

Magic Switch goes further than the Juno chorus and gives you a beautifully detuned, rich and moody effect for adding vintage modulation to your tracks. It is taken from our Super VHS plugin.

SkyNet is a reverb plugin based on algorithms of the same name (SkyNet-1/Skynet-2) from the Astronaut Space Reverb pedal. Shift Line has released the plugin on a pay-what-you-want basis, so anyone who wants to contribute something can do.

SkyNet is ideal for creating huge soundscapes with long decay times. Given the theme of the algorithms, the image of infinite space comes to mind, which can be both light and airy or dark.

Features:

Decay: controls the reverb decay time;

Volume: controls the output volume;

Mix: controls the dry/wet mix.

SkyNet is available in AU and VST3 formats for macOS (10.13 – 13.0/M1 and M2 supported) and Windows (7-11).

Pitch Drift introduces pitch fluctuations to make your tracks feel more organic and natural. The effect ranges from subtle instabilities that make your instruments sound less sterile-to intense pitch drifting that will make your tracks clearly out of tune.

The effect is inspired by acoustic instruments, which are never 100% in tune 100% of the time. These subtle pitch instabilities compound when you bring multiple instruments together in a mix and make the music sound richer. Use Pitch Drift to break the spell of digital pitch perfection-and get your tracks to vibrate a little more.

Controls:

1) Lets you introduce pitch fluctuations ranging from ‘subtle organic drifting’ to ‘severely out-of-tune’

IVGI can deliver very soft and subtle saturation, that feels at home on the master buss. It is equally capable of very dense and dirty distortion effects to spice up single tracks. IVGI’s base sound is comparable to the DESK mode in the big brother SDRR.

Just as its big brother SDRR, IVGI features a Controlled Randomness, which determines the internal drift and variance inside the unit. It contributes to the liveliness and realness of IVGI’s saturation character. To achieve this, all internal processes are modulated to some extent.

IVGI gives you a sensible amount of controls to manipulate the character of the saturation itself. It offers a unique ASYM MIX knob to alter the symmetry of the signal without affecting the harmonic content much.
