Bioscape is about making natural sounds come to life through transformation and motion. It is a multifaceted instrument for organic and moving textures, odd cinematic pulses, earthy risers and impacts, to skin-tingling ASMR sounds, strange effects and underscoring ambiences but Bioscape is also very suitable for subtle playable timbres, with atypical and elusive sounds ranging from resonant keys and textural pads to otherworldly harmonics. Tonality derives from the field recordings alone. Below is a sneak peek of Bioscape, a coming Kontakt instrument based entirely on uncommon field recordings and found sounds from hydrophonic desert wind to abandoned factory drones, from ghostly ringing rocks to cracking icy rivers, from murmuring lake creatures to steampunk gearworks, from icelandic geysers to electromagnetic tesla coils. Bioscape has been under development for two years and preset creation began in early April, it will be made and licensed to the free Kontakt Player so the full version of Kontakt will not be required. Bioscape will be released later this year. v1.5 – 2023-12-19 ADDED 60 new 'Deep Earth' samples featuring low-frequency sounds, from geophone recordings to deep drones, ground-shaking rumbles, and vibrating wires, to the sonorous echoes of abandoned structures and low-frequency tones crafted in a reverb chamber. All samples are located in folder XP Deep Earth. ADDED 70 new 'Deep Earth' snapshots in folder '10. Deep Earth'. ADDED 12 new fretless ebow guitar samples in the Bowed category, ranging from clean to distorted, with sustain, slide-in and slide-out.
