How joining a group buy works
Short answers for participants: how to top up your balance, join the buy, wait for approval, and receive the files.
How do I join a group buy?
Open the group buy page, log in, and make sure you have enough money on your profile balance. When the balance is enough, click the button to pay from balance.
Do I pay directly inside the group buy?
No. First top up your profile balance using any available payment method. After the admin credits the balance, return to the group buy page and pay from that balance.
What happens after I click pay from balance?
The amount is reserved from your balance and sent to the admin for manual review. While the review is in progress, you will see the status 'Payment under review'.
When will I receive the files?
After approval, you become a participant. If the files are already prepared, download links will appear on the page and in the Telegram bot. If the group buy is still being processed, you will get the files a little later.
What if my payment is rejected or something looks wrong?
Check the rejection reason if it is shown on the page, then top up or try again if needed. If the balance was not returned or you are stuck, contact support.
