However, in some particular graphics configurations, our plugins fail to identify the fastest compatible configuration available on your computer correctly. This results in different types of graphics errors: – A white or black screen instead of the plugin. – Your workstation crashes as soon as you open a plugin interface. – A plugin display size problem, it looks small in a big window. In these cases, we recommend you to select a graphic renderer more compatible with your hardware manually. To do this, run the graphic renderer selector for your pulsar product (you will find them below) and select a more compatible renderer. The option we recommend is to force the graphics rendering to Legacy OpenGL.
