Jimmy Edgar conceived all of the sounds in this ULTRAMAJIC pack from the Monomachine, an analog synthesizer and sequencer made by Elektron - Edgar's primary device for creating music. The sounds were recorded through class A preamps for the best possible quality and edited by Little Snake. Edgar pulled inspiration from physical and synthetic material, liquid sounds, slip stick synthesis, and advanced karplus synthesis. The result is a collection of sounds that are strikingly metallic, simultaneously evoking a sense of industrialism, sci-fi dystopia, and the best dance party you've ever been to.
