Nick Johnston Atomic Improv 4 5 Licks [TUTORiAL]

Atomic Improv is for musicians who like to build drama and tension in their solos. There are so many incredible lines that demonstrate Nick's fluid technical ease across the entire fretboard. As with all other volumes of Atomic Improv, there is a LOT of musical goodness to explore. Strongly recommended. This course is presented in 2 volumes: Improv #4 features some diminutive, bluesy, minor ideas (at least that's what I could hear) and a really beautiful sequence of chords ending on a minor 6th chord. Improvisation #5 is a beautiful legato exploration with muted palm, augmented with a few beats, chords ending in a beautiful open voice in E major 7 (9). The fifth volume of Nick's Atomic Improv series now comes with not 3 improvs, but 5 different improvisations. The improvisations this time are shorter (ranging from 23 seconds to 54 seconds in length). However, don't underestimate any of them, as they are full of notes (you get 25 pages of solo transcriptions in PDF and Guitar Pro format).
