Mattia Cellotto Nova [WAV]

1 min read 4.46 GB
Nova is a hybrid sci-fi library featuring nature's best mimic, the lyrebird. Starting from a large collection of ultrasonic recordings of the animal, including its own signature laser sound (surprisingly, not a mimic!), we created a synthesized section to unleash its full sci-fi potential. The recorded section was then expanded to give sound designers ingredients for more physical designs. This features objects such as: aluminium welders, laser cutters, press brakes, pneumatic presses, induction hobs, deburring machines, strange servos and many more. Finally, the library features a large designed section where the previously listed ingredients meet to create aggressive sci-fi weapons and tools. If you are an owner of other Mattia Cellotto's libraries, think of Nova as a mix between Cataclysm (for aggression) and Animal Hyperrealism (for how the lyrebird was recorded) taken into the sci-fi domain.
