Inspired by hydraulic pressure, steam room reverbs and synthesis that buckles and twists, Manchester soundbender Henzo carves up a collection of leftfield tones for Rubicon. While the most obvious applications of these percs, basslines and atmospheres would be bass music, dubstep and half step dnb, wobbly fx and one shot motifs call to mind video game sound design and the hyperpop of PC music. Genres aside, Pressure Density reflects an era of bass music dedicated to sound design, where producers like Henzo are bringing creative synthesis to the forefront of their craft. 197 Samples
