Melodyne is a powerful tool that allows you to analyze and edit vocals with great detail and flexibility. In this tutorial, Jake Shanahan will teach you how to take advantage of Melodyne's features to convert the melody of a vocal line into MIDI to use with other synths and instruments. He'll walk you through the entire process – including the conversion of audio to MIDI and the process of editing that MIDI to perfectly replicate the vocal melody.
