Tape Breaks Vol.4 contains 15 Original Drum Breaks. Bridging the gap between old school and new school, this pack draws inspiration from funky Motown rhythms, distortion and tone and the swing of boom bap drums breaks used by the late great J.Dilla.
Every break was mixed on a Vintage 1970s API Legacy console thru tons of outboard gear such as the Altec 436c, Pultec EQM-1S3 and printed directly to an Ampex ATR 102 Mastering tape machine.
With over 150+ 1 shots of Kicks, Snares, Hi Hats, Percs and Toms this pack is the biggest, warmest and most punchy out of all the Tape Breaks series.
