msx @ HALLEY LABS CT-PFM3 Plugin Pre-Release/Beta/Etc Vst3 [WiN]

hi there; here is an early (currently vst3 only) test release of my new plugin. it's incredibly weird and makes some interesting sounds that you might enjoy using. it's a bit hard to explain and i've been trying and failing to write a manual for a few days but my ability to focus has been so poor that it hasn't come together. so i have included the world's worst makeshift manual in the form of a notated image.
