It was inspired by the dark textural world of Vondisy - a new collaborative project between Puremagnetik artists Micah Frank and Kodomo. Shoal follows your input, shaping an envelope that flows with your sound, adjusted by the STRIDE control. It harmonizes with an oscillator that tracks your pitch, creating rich AM modulation. The DIGITS control then bit-crushes the signal, adding arrays of folded overtones. Shoal invites you to explore its dynamic range, offering everything from shimmering harmonics to raw, minimal tones.
