The Guitar Note Book is primarily a reference book about the guitar fretboard and the various scales played on it. In chart form, the book shows many scales and the placement of each note on the fretboard.
This visual book of charts shows a 22 fret fretboard. In each chart just the notes in the scale will be shown to help identify where to play the scale. Included in the book are some major, minor and pentatonic fingering patterns. In all 17 key signatures there is a chromatic scale, plus 9 more scales and 7 modes.
The journey in writing this book of charts started with my desire for a chart that showed all the notes on the fretboard of a guitar. That was great, until I wanted a chart for each scale that showed only the notes in that particular scale. This book is the result of that work.
