These are presented in a range from pure, clean acoustic sounds, to processed, etc. Jeff Rhodes ran some of these real world percussion samples through his studio and tried to let the beats fall where they may to provide a totally unique sound. He then fired up his best physical modelling synths to use these to create some post-modern plucks, pads, ambience, and sound FX.
