Insert Audio Model 51 EQ v0.1.3 [WiN]
Model 51 EQ is a characterful three-band inductor equalizer built for bold, musical shaping without sacrificing detail. Its fixed frequency choices and carefully modelled response make it quick to use: add weight, bring a source forward, soften harshness, or open the top end with broad, natural curves that feel immediately mix-ready.
Description
Under the surface, Model 51 combines measured frequency and phase responses with optional band-dependent saturation, transformer colour, and a dedicated Drive stage. Choose the subtle '51 transformer character, the fuller '51 Blue, or the more pronounced Boosted mode.
Drive adds density, second-harmonic warmth, and a gentle sub-frequency contour, while 4x oversampling keeps nonlinear processing smooth. Stereo Linked, Dual Mono, and Mid/Side modes make it equally useful for individual tracks, buses, and mastering.
Component Tolerance can introduce tiny, stable differences between instances for a more natural analogue-style variation.
Three musical EQ bands. Three transformer colours. One fast, flexible path from clean shaping to rich analogue character.
